what a wonderful bank holiday monday!

ran a very comfortable 11km this morning, met one of my ex-youth for a milkshake, met jenna for a pint in the sunshine and came back for a bit of sunbathing in the garden. wonderful!

this is kelly, who i met in my previous job. she was one of our first participants in our romance academy and stayed on to join our life academy. she is now 19 and it was great to catch up with her today. so proud of the young woman she has become.
