Thursday

We walked into town and made some purchases in the market.

Hetty and l had a cup of tea whilst Clive went into the Corn Exchange for his vaccination. 

On the way home we stopped at The Admiral, at the top of the locks, to say hello to the volunteers on board.  Clive used to work with one of them in Bristol. 

A sign clearly read "Mind your Head" on the door into the barge but I whacked mine on the way out.

It has been damp this morning but the forecast is good so I'm hopeful of a sunny walk with Hetty later.
