Inspiration!

I read an article on Saturday in the Weekend Magazine that is published with the Belfast Telegraph about Neven Maguire. He's an Irish chef, and I thought his book sounded interesting.....so thanks to Amazon,  I have a new cookbook and a list of recipes I want to try. I think the first dish to try is Quick Chicken Korma with sweet potatoes and chickpeas.
