Loop gap resonators

Was really tired this morning didn't have everything I needed for teaching and the mic wasn't working which was annoying. Wasn't feeling it today 

Went straight from teaching and in meetings till 5 pm, no time for lunch, not helped by one particularly fractious meeting 

Left work and went for a walk with Jon, it was a long one, kingfisher walk, we ended up by the castle and they were running a ghost tour so we ended up spontaneously going on it! Entertaining, one poor storyteller completely forgot his story mid way through, poor guy!
