New dish

After a dish we had recently at a lunch out, this is our version of pork holstein. There's mash, some stir fried cabbage, a bread-crumbed flattened pork chop, fried egg, anchovy and a caper and parsley dressing. Quite fun to put together and pretty tasty too.
