Completed!

Well after ( I think) almost a year of creating these hexagon daisy chains for one of the quilts I’m working on I have finally completed this bit. Four strips , each with 9 daisies comprised of 7 half inch hexagons (252 in total) all hand sewn until it came to appliquéing them on to the backdrop when I gave in and used the machine to blanket stitch them they will form a border for the centre of this medallion quilt and I think I have made the decision to make this a ‘ quilt as you go’ project so once sewn together I will quilt this bit. I am very relieved to have finished this bit :)
