Brussels sprouts

My husband likes brussels sprouts. A lot. I certainly don't. But a few times a year I prepare them especially for him. Preferably with good weather, so that the door can open properly while cooking (the smell! yuck!) ;-P
We joke about it: this must be real love ;-D

So tonight Brussels sprouts from the wok. And fries for E and me.
