A Flower for Friday

Hope everyone has had a wonderful Friday.

Feeling exhausted today and in a lot of pain. A bit of rest, my meds and my heat pad helped a little.

Nipped out to pick up some fresh fruit and veg and an iPaper. Thankfully, it stayed dry whilst I was out as it was lashing with rain when I woke at 7.30am this morning.

Really need to have a quiet weekend and slow down a little. I’ve had a lot to do through a lot of pain and fatigue recently and I’ve had to get on with it as always. I don’t like to give in to my fibromyalgia but sometimes I push myself through too much pain.

Today’s Blip is of a rose from my vase - a flower for Friday! I hope you have a wonderful, restful weekend.

I need to do my Duolingo German revision lesson/s later tonight when I get an hour. I find it very therapeutic.
