Morning lake swim at Youghal with Leisa and Liz and an hour booked in the lake side mobile
Sauna. In and out 3 times , it was nippy in the water but what a fabulous feeling, hot inside and cool outside :0)
Whizzed home to say bye to Mike who is off on a Buddhist retreat somewhere for 10 days , instructions received in the care of various ‘live’ and or fermenting foods.
Then a Postnatal visit, mum and baby are flying it, then the stables and a dog walk- it was dark when I got home , the light is going so fast . Bowl of cereal for dinner , serious slumming it already !!
