365 + 33: Got It !!!

   Haven't the foggiest notion why this didn't work for me the last time I took a series of photos like this. Used a faster shutter speed this time and left a bit more space between the lanterns. 

   There are only two lanterns used for this image. A series of shots were taken, with the lanterns being moved approx an arms length away from its neighbour. Dropped them into Lightroom and loaded into Photoshop as layers. Once in Photoshop the images were auto-aligned and blended.
