St John's In The Vale

We went for a walk with The Rucksack Club on Saturday (and Sunday).

Away at 05:30 from the south eastern corner of the Northern Fells to their northern rim.
Back south to Keswick
Larger look south to Helvellyn,
through Sail Beck to Buttermere,
over Gatesgarth Pass into Ennerdale,
over Black Sail Pass to Wasdale,
by Burnmoor Tarn to Eskdale,
on to Duddon Valley,
arriving at 02:00 on Sunday morning for some food and a short sleep.
