I've had a busy day one way and another...

One of the hats I wear is Chair of the Village Hall Trustees, sometimes I wonder why...

Over the last two years we decided to refurbish the VH kitchen to a modern facility that would be an asset for the village... After all sorts of delays, mostly caused by Covid 19; and huge increases in costs mostly caused by that b------d Putin it's finished. (hooray)

This morning I unpacked and put away the crockery and cutlery (60 of everything). So now the new kitchen is ready.

We went over to Saffron Walden tip to get rid of the car load of cardboard that wouldn't fit in the bins.

A bit of gardening this afternoon, this a a seed pod of one of Margaret's day lilies.
