Spooky Day at Castle Fraser

Having checked there were no special spooky events at Castle Fraser we thought it would make a good destination today. On arriving near the Castle I was dismayed to see masses of cars. I was about to turn round and head back but one of the car park stewards assured us there were some car park spaces available, and we would not need to park in a field.

We managed a walk in the grounds with pleasant weather. Not much wind and pleasantly warm in the sunshine.

Near the Castle there were several witches and other spooky symbols. Strictly speaking they should remain in their place of torment for another couple of days before coming out to haunt us. I presume witches and other dark spirits only work weekends.
