Fire

For complicated reasons, there’s just the 4 of us tonight which is very unusual and very lovely.
D and I had an early and very successful trip to John Lewis where we purchased a carpet cleaner to sort out all the rugs and carpets which have been used by Nell as a toilet. D wasted no time in putting it to good use (see extra) .
A quiet afternoon, Poppy and I caught up with some true crime on telly.
D is cooking rolly up chicken and it’s Strictly Night, Hurrah!
