In for the Tackle...#25 Merrick Self

It was the last football game of the season. Going in, we were 3-3, 3 wins, 3 losses. Now, we are 4-3, winning today's game 30-0.

Merrick played well. Quite often, since he plays over the other team's center, he is double-teamed at the snap of the ball. It makes it hard to make tackles when you have two guys blocking you. An example is in the extras. But, he did break through to make this quarterback sack.

Also in the extras is a shot of him walking off the field with his dad, who was one of the team's coaches. I think Merrick is sad that the season is over.
