Big Bird

I passengered with the leader on a recce for our S2000 Druids Run this morning.

I met him at Chorleywood at 7.30 and we drove until after midday. It was absolutely glorious. I shot a bluebell wood before 8.00. We took in cider orchards in full bloom, Avebury Ring, beech woods, Silbury Hill, Marlborough, various white horses and acre upon acre of beautiful countryside.

The Chilterns are red kite country. I did shoot one but in the distance. I think this big bird might be a buzzard. I shot it from a moving convertible sportscar.
