Like riding a bicycle

I've had a strange urge recently to make a friendship band like I used to make a good 20+ years ago.  I came across my little box of embroidery threads the other day so decided to see if I could still remember how to make them.  Yep, just like riding a bike; apparently you never forget!  I'll send this one to my niece at uni.  Hope she likes it :)

Had lots of time on my hands today with Tim off at his Mum's, so did some heavy duty resting.  Very strange being home alone, but very good to just properly relax, too.
