Time to cuddle up

Fire on the go, logs spitting away, sit back in the settee and time to get comfy. The chair in the hearth area was a right twisted seat.
The chunk of log resting on the fire top was to help it dry out but in half an hour it started to burn and it took a while to understand what the smell was.
