Stuck in time

I popped out this afternoon to adjust the digital clock of an elderly lady we keep an eye on in the village. This of course must have been an act repeated throughout the country, particularly for old-fashioned analogue timepieces, the clocks having gone back an hour overnight to mark the end of British Summer Time  - spring forward, fall back and all that. I looked up at the church tower on the way back and it is apparently stuck in time - 3 hours ahead when I took the photo and still showing the same time half an hour later. It is clearly in need of a timely intervention.
