SSG Travis Mills

SSG Travis Mills is a retired United States Army soldier who became a quadruple amputee while serving in Afghanistan. He speaks across the country, motivating others to live by his motto: "Never give up. Never quit."

We are extremely fortunate to have the Travis Mills Foundation and Retreat down the street in Rome, Me. Twice a year he hosts an Open House to tour the facility and to hear inspirational stories of the families they’ve hosted. This is an all expenses paid retreat for wounded, disabled veterans and their families.

Travis is an American Hero and I’m honored that he gave Kaylee and I ten minutes of his time today!
