Chatterley Whitfield

A long awaited Camera Club outing to Chatterley Whitfield. It was a rather grey and damp morning but that didn't deter us. We had a guided tour around the site with plenty of stops to take photographs.

As anyone who has been an LPH holiday with me will know industrial isn't my scene. (I'm not the biggest fan of ThreIkeld Quarry and Mining Museum.) I just don't seem to be able to get a good composition and it doesn't hold my interest in the same way that the natural world does. 

But I wasn't going to miss out on the opportunity to visit parts of this site that the public doesn't get to see anymore. There are a few more here if anyone's interested.
