Stained glass

I know I have a couple of days to play catch up but I really wanted to get this posted.  Sunday night at our Church (St. Michael's, Mitcham) we had a hymn festival, accompanied by the Mitcham Brass Band.  Well, what a triumph.  It was a truly amazing experience - and today (Monday) I have a sore throat from all the singing.

We hope that it will become a yearly event.  The Church was absolutely packed.

The window is old - designed by one of William Morris's designers, and manufactured in the Morris factory.  Donated to our Church by a very wealthy benefactor back in the mid-19th Century.
