Primary Colours

At last - time to play with coloured pencils!
A quick colour mixing exercise (mess about) with coloured pencils - 30 min sketch of the garden using 3 pencils - to see how many colours I could get from the primaries. Yellow, Red (alizarin crimson) and blue (cobalt). Obviously it would look different if a brighter red was used (cadmium) and /or a deeper blue (ultramarine) and if it had been sketched by a real illustrator!
