Autumn red

I went for a bit of a walk to get a break from the screens. I liked this shot of the liens in the leaf picked out by the light from above it.

Chatting with Jon the other day he told me about the problems the weather is causing. We've not had any frosts yet this autumn, so the fruit trees haven't become dormant. This means that the work that needs to be carried out in the orchards can't be started yet in case it damages the trees. I'm a big fan of mild weather but it doesn't work for everyone.
