Tynemouth

Today was a great day - blue sky and sunshine and places to go. We got up early and headed for Tynemouth as it has a Priory and a beautiful beach. I went paddling in the sea.
After Tynemouth we went to Segedenum Roman Fort remains at Wallsend - it was ok but a bit dull. Then we went to the Biscuit Factory Art Gallery place in Newcastle for tea and cake - delicious pistachio and lime cake.
