Today’s the day

Each year Halloween gets bigger and bigger. We saw some extraordinary outfits in town late on Saturday night (as we drove past). Oh to be 21 again.

Mr B saw the physio for his knee. Then we parked in Winton. Checked out both sides of the road for new shops etc. Me B bought 2 lamb shanks at the excellent South African/Italian origin grocer recommended by ‘cassfoto’ a few years ago.

Ended up in good old Waitrose. Shopping in Waitrose is never a chore, and the staff are worth their weight in gold. Also found my blip in there, now transformed for Mono Monday.

Weather warnings tonight, Monday AND Tuesday. Rain & wind. Gusts up to 60mph. All kicked off here around 7pm. Windows all closed.
