Raining Buckets!

What a wet day! I had a midday luncheon meeting over in North Portland today - roughly a 25 minute drive over the west hills down into the city. It was a delightful lunch, and on the way home it rained so hard that I would have pulled over had there been a place to do so. I haven't seen it rain that hard in a very long time! Half an inch so far today, but I think it all came in one hour! 

I did a lot of botanical garden work today, but did manage to get the camera out to the garden in between rain showers. It's looking a little peaked, not surprising for this time of year really. But the lovely Rozanne Geranium sort of says it all!
