Refrigerator wisdom

Reading and listening to the news lately makes me fearful for the women of this country.  These are a few of the magnets that live on my refrigerator; they give me some little bit of optimism about what is to come starting next week.

I got a call today from Dr. Tekeste's office to let me know that my iron levels are so low that he has ordered an IV iron infusion for me, which I'll get on Friday. That should give me more energy and help me feel stronger. I'm not looking forward to it, but it may help.
