Churro Maker

pressing out churros into the deep fryer with a "Churro Bazooka" (my nickname for it). Churros are made from choux pastry dough. This is the same egg dough from which eclairs and cream puffs are made, only they are baked, not fried.
This was during a dinner where Lugar De Encuentro hosted Faith Chapel with Mexican food and songs.
La comida es muy sabrosa! (The food was very flavorful)
