Sequins

Have back blipped the last couple of days.

Years ago I used to play for a rugby club that was occasionally called the Sequins, although that was aimed at the men's team as much as us! Next week I shall be waltzing* on stage wearing the dress to which these sequins belong. Isn't it funny where life takes us!

Penultimate rehearsal tonight before we get into the theatre on Sunday. It's looking pretty good for the stage we're at. Busy week at work to get through but then a week of theatre. Heaven.

* I use the waltzing term loosely. It's a little bit of stage movement to waltz music while trying not to stare enviously at the tappers. I used tostill love tap but I'm starting to accept that my feet wouldn't cope for 10 full runs in 9 days. This may be my last on-stage role in a musical for quite a while so I'm determined to enjoy it.
