Windy & Wet!!

Not the greatest way to start  a new month!  Sideways rain and strong winds at the local creek as I went for a little wander this morning! I was very thankful for some large trees and bushes to hide beside when the weather got too bad - created a nice blurry image when I tried to take some photos though!

saw a couple of egrets, a cormorant, godwits and lapwings braving the weather and then a nice rainbow for my walk home via the bakery to get some bread!

Only 2 trick or treaters last night and they were the twins from next door!  So more sweets left for us - win!!
