Gone but never forgotten

Today would have been a significant birthday for my husband, Ken.

My mum's been up for the long weekend, and today we went to Edinburgh to spend some time with my brother who had a birthday on Saturday, his wife and his daughter, who was born a few weeks after Ken died.

The colours of these tulips were just so vivid I had to take a picture, but the flowers weren't he same after my niece visited them in her 'baby walker'! They couldn't leap to the way the dogs could!
