My spirit needs

A hug from Mum and to see her smile.  Our meditation this afternoon was on body, mind, heart and soul and what each one needed.  My spirit (soul) needed Mum, as she was always there to listen when we had difficult days (which today has been).

I don't think this Weigela should be flowering but I know Mum loved hers and would have loved the pink too.  I feel she sends me signs sometimes that she's still with me in spirit and to give me strength.

I'm very tired today as Mr T was unsettled yesterday evening and then my foot was so painful and woke me about 03:00 and stopped me going back to sleep.

Also an ant looking for food so a Tiny Tuesday bonus.
