La Toussaint

Lots of businesses were closed here today for All Saints' Day. I had to walk a long way to find an open bakery this morning. Luckily our concierge shared the intel about which one was actually open. Then I decided to follow the tradition and went to the Père Lachaise cemetery to pay my respects to Judith Cladel, the author I am working on. I left some flowers at her family plot and one of my crocheted squares... if it stays up, it might make it easier for me to find it next time! J wasn't interested in coming to the cemetery (not surprising!) so he did a long walk downtown and we met up to take the metro back together. Then lunch, laundry, work...
