Nurturing

After a trip to Blackpool, where I was self catering, it suddenly dawned in me that I’d get a lot of enjoyment from making my own salt and pepper seasoning mix that I’d make it small batches. It’s the bees knees if I do say so myself. Idea copied from Waitrose I’m afraid. No need to buy their small mix boxes anymore

I can tell you the black pepper was bought on a holiday in France, the green pepper is from a lovely lady in Egypt, the salt is from the south West UK and the pink peppercorns are from . . . the supermarket- nothing on the packaging tells me the county of origin! Maybe I need to source them myself next time. Who knows where I’ll end up!!
