A blueberry from my morning muesli for tiny Tuesday.
My doctor has told me to self-monitor my BP as it was high when I saw her last week. This morning I was feeling stressed over a number of things, and lo and behold the reading was 188 / 118. Later, source of stress resolved, it was down to 125 / 85, which is around normal for me. Lesson learned: try not to get stressed if possible.
