The Last Rose ?

This rose bush outside the conservatory has been flowering since the spring. There is also a small bud, but that is dying now before opening. The conditions in that spot must really suit it.
Went for blood tests this morning and was surprised how strong the wind was blowing.  I was wearing a waterproof coat, expecting rain, but  there was no rain.
