The Start of Magic

Actually, the magic has already begun at this stage.  Some flour and water mixed a little while ago (in this case a couple of months ago) have combined with elements in the atmosphere to form the Starter.  Mrs B has mixed two starters (one of which she is looking after for a friend) to bake some more sourdough.

I'm a very lucky chap.  The stuff is delicious, is never heavy on the gut and lasts for over a week before becoming stale.

In other news, the insurer of the person who reversed into us about three weeks ago has accepted liability and repairs can take place at an approved repairer in Dorchester.  Sighs of relief all round, but I've been impressed with both our insurer, Admiral, and the other party's, LV.
