Tears in my eyes....

I haven't shown any EQ damage in my photos really, but all around us here there are so many sad sights still. It is so hard to try to explain it all to those who haven't been through the past two and a half years here in Christchurch.....things are moving on ,and that is great.
This building though , is one that always brings tears to my eyes when see it, and today I had to go past it , so stopped and got out and had a really good look at it. I remember pre- EQ being amazed at its beauty, and even now in its half demolished state it has some beauty still.
It is the Christchurch Catholic Cathedral.
