Time to pack a bag...

Hi Everyone,

This afternoon I went to see the hip chap… He wiggled my leg around and then we had a look at the x-ray that was taken a month or so ago. He said he was surprised my hip moved so much as the x-ray shows the hip ball and socket is bone on bone…

He confirmed that I should have a full replacement and will refer me to a hip consultant. However, the next step is that is that I will receive a phone call from a nursing team who will ask me some questions to establish if I am fit for surgery. As I take no medication and my weight is under control there should not be a blocker there. 

So, it looks like I will officially be on the waiting list very soon which makes it a Hap-Hap-happy Day .
