And in they come again.

Due to the new out breaks of Avian flu once again we are required to keep all poultry in. They must be housed until further notice and are not allowed to range outside . In addition to this they must be in wild bird proof housing as well. This rule applies to anyone with 1 or thousands of hens!!

We are lucky to have redundant cattle pens we have made there indoor homes in. However I’m not too sure they are totally sold on the new des res!! Needless to say egg production is a little down too.

A day of readjustment ! getting there now. Off to pottery classes this evening which will be fun!
