Notice

Anyone reading my blips will know I work for a numpty ( for many many reasons)
Work just got a big bit worse today as the one and only Scott handed in his notice. He’s got a great new job up at The Eye Pavilion and much deserved, however the response he got telling the practice manager and the overall boss was telling.
He tried to out in two weeks notice ( instead of four) and the big boss threw all his toys out the pram and said he’ll take him to small claims court for £10k for loss of earnings.
B***clocks on so many levels and unenforceable. Poor guy was very shaken but it was expected as he has previous bad form.
The bottom line is it leaves me and the Walrus one to one with no other staff, rather unsustainable but serves the boss right for leaving the practice so understaffed.
We shall see what happens next but interesting viewing watching karma unfold.
