Lenses

He really doesn't like wearing his glasses to school. So it was quite an occasion today when he finally got his contact lenses. 
I must admit I was a little tense when the optician asked him to put them in; he had got a little upset during the practice sessions. 
But, she said, 'You managed that better than most adults'. Not bad for a ten year old. 

I'm hoping he's encouraged to wash his hands a little more often too.
