Cascades d'Ouzoud
My trip to Morocco was a revelation. It will take me some time to come to terms with the extent of staggering poverty and unimaginable forms of human existence. I thought I'd seen it all but I was proved wrong. Equally astonishing was the presence of strong moral standing and modesty wherever I looked but especially in the countryside, away from the corrupt tourist areas.
I'll pick up a dozen of my favourite images from the hundreds I took and upload them somewhere (a link will follow when done). Seeing a man take the plunge from a monstrous waterfall, reading the lines on a Berber's face and taking a virtual walk along a crowded souk, may induce some interest but the REAL thing is being there and gaining this experience of a life time first hand.
I really need to go to bed now.
