There was no bridge class this week, but we went to play bridge with a couple of people we played with last week. They aren’t complete beginners so are better than us, but it was good to get a bit of practice. Hung out the washing when I got home - it was very windy! Tumble dryer emitted a burning smell and didn’t tumble so need to get a repair person in for that. Estate agent came to value my house- they phoned me and asked if I wanted a free valuation. Sorted out the spare bedroom ready forA and T coming and it started to pour with rain. Dashed off to supermarket in car and got very wet. Dark when I got back at 6pm - very depressing!
