Joann's yard

I went out to take a photo of the Beauty Bush, which always makes me think of FL, but found a few other beauties, including a little bat.  Not sure what kind?  Anyone?
Spider plant, Skyflower and the purple berries - Beauty Bush.  The first time I came to the Ocala National Forest, my husband and I went to Juniper Springs.  I was making a fuss about the "purple berries" and asked a ranger (probably a volunteer) for the plants name.  He said, "no-eatum berries".  I have since seen them used for jellies and wine.
