Soggy saffron

It has been raining a lot today, so I was only able to sneak up to the allotment in a brief dry spell in the late afternoon. There were 8 more crocus flowers in various stages of sogginess and at least 4 more buds on their way.There were also beans. :-)
The forecast for tomorrow is dry, but I will be in an exam meeting all day. The next dry day in the forecast is Wednesday next week.
