It was a rare trip in to Edinburgh this morning to see the Orthopaedic Specialist re my continuing hip issues. Funnily enough it was the same doctor I saw at Murrayfield when I went private first time around.

Another xray shows more deterioration but its still not at the stage for a replacement (although that will come in due course). For now, it'll be another steroid injection, which apparently could help my long covid issues, but may not be as effective on the hip as previous ones have been. Quite frankly if it clears up just one issue I'd be delighted (and both over the moon). Now just to hope I get the hospital appointment for the injection quickly.

I was pretty shattered when I got back so made some body balms, labelled some candles I made yesterday and then head back to bed for a rest as another busy weekend of markets is almost upon us.
