After the rain of Wednesday, it was a pleasant surprise to see blue skies and sunshine for my day out with Kyle (Training V0.3)

At 0859 I rolled up at our meeting point, flush of face and breathless. Thanks Tom - he forgot his iPad and I had to drop that off at school before heading to the RV point.

And off we strode; out to Abbeyhill and up the High St, around the southside and across to Tollcross. All good; Kyle grabbed a bus home and I went to retrieve the bike, drop in on Brunswick Road before heading off back to base myself.

A few hours of work; then eventually the lads rolled in, fajitas were deployed and a quiet evening (bar a minor insulin crisis) ensued.
