I heard this quote today and I've decided to steal it - Walking is my church, my gym and my drug.

I sometimes (ok most of the time) over analyse and over think EVERYTHING. I'm now going to take the, 'close your eyes and just keep going' strategy. Not sure if it will work, ask me again in a few weeks.

Like most of the UK Malham was bathed in sunshine today. Luckily I know where to go to get away from the crowds. Bit of an arty blip today.

I moved here a year and three days ago and I've just finished my last DIY job. Decoration complete. I can now start saving for my farm....
